New Challenge Marketing Research is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (the largest Mystery Shopping organization).
A brief presentation of the project
Collaboration in this project began with the launch of New Challenge and we were the ones who created the image of the company in the online environment by creating a portofolio site and providing our support for the online environment.
Also, our collaboration has expanded into the projects that New Challenge has with its customers, by offering web programming services for the various questionnaires received. Their programming consisted in observing the client’s documentation, creating the database with the variables needed for the analysis, visual and responsive creation of the questionnaire so that the public opinion responders could answer, and finally offering the information collected in the database to be analyzed by the New Challenge team.
Good collaboration over time with our New Challenge partner has resulted in the complete redesign of the old site in 2018. Because it is recommended that you always keep an up-to-date image of your business, we have decided together to rebuild the site to a more modern design, taking into account all the necessary elements, but keeping the structure of the links in order not to affect the SEO that was developed by the partners at Digiteria.ro.
Therefore, we chose a modern responsive layout, oriented to the field of marketing research, that we have improved and customized according to the customer’s requirements, and the final result was “wow” (New Challenge team reaction).
