Christopher Shaw is a real estate agency in Bournemouth, UK. It offers complete services for renting or selling houses, apartments or rooms in the Bournemouth and Poole areas.
The project began with the recommendation of a mutual acquaintance to Christopher. Thus, we set out the stages of the development of a real estate website for the Christopher Shaw Residential agency.
Development and design details have been set up in several Skype video conferences, which did not make our collaboration uncomfortable at all.
A brief presentation of the project
The project turned out to be a complex one because we imported a feed of automated offers and we did the integration with a reporting platform for incidents occurring in rented locations.
It was also necessary to integrate the online payment of the rent through the HandePay payment processor.
An feature that pleased us was the interactive map on the front page that creates property nodes on zoom-out and also offers the possibility of filtering by status, price range, type of home or number of beds.
