Unelte Export is an online store that sells tools and machinery for household use.

Having over 25 years of experience in this area, they first started out with a physical store where they were doing their daily work. Observing that the virtual environment is constantly growing and customers prefer to order online to receive their product at home, they have decided to open a virtual store, not knowing much about this.

Here we come in, the ones who presented the benefits of an online store, the costs and, of course, the way of administration. Being thrilled with what they heard, they decided to start this project and so we managed to create a virtual presence of their business by developing a modern online store with all the necessary functionalities.

The result was one more than they expected and orders began to appear immediately after the promotion, with customer feedback being positive on both product and support side. So, they have been able to offer their customers the opportunity to buy their products from any location, delivering the orders within 48 hours of order placement and at the same time giving advice for any problem or question.
